1. As a Clubwest Member you will receive a wide range of benefits such as:
    1. Welcome voucher:
      1. The Clubwest Member will be given a Rs. 200 welcome voucher which can be redeemed within 6 months on spends of Rs.2000 & more
      2. The welcome voucher is valid on in house merchandize
      3. The welcome voucher can't be redeemed in part value, can't be encashed and can't be redeemed on the date of issue
      4. Currently welcome vouchers can be used at our Westside stores only
    2. Reward points:
      1. Points are earned on the purchase amount exclusive of taxes, paid by cash/ card/ other digital payments;
      2. Purchases of gift vouchers are not eligible for reward points;
      3. Points are not earned on discounted merchandize or if any offers are being availed by the member;
      4. Points can be earned only if Clubwest Membership number/ registered mobile number is given to the cashier at the time of making the payment;
      5. You are requested to check the invoice to confirm credit of Reward Points against your purchases at the Store/s. In case of any discrepancy you shall forthwith notify the cashier. Retrospective recording of purchases for earning Reward Points are not permissible;
      6. The accrual of Reward Points and the value attributed on redemption of such Reward Points will be as decided by Trent from time to time. The current terms are:
        1. For gold members: Earn rate: 100 Rs= 1 point Burn rate: 1point=1Re
        2. For Classic members: Earn rate: 135 Rs= 1 point Burn rate: 1point=1 Re
      7. Classic members who have shopped for Rs 10K in a year are upgraded to the Gold tier. To maintain Gold tier, a gold member should shop for Rs 10,000 or more during a year
      8. Reward Points expire two years from the date on which the Reward Point/s is/are earned. You are requested to keep track of your Reward Points and ensure that they are redeemed on time before they lapse as we may or may not send any Reward Points statement. Members can view the balance reward points at http://mywestside.com/clubwest/Pages/login.aspx
      9. You can earn & redeem Reward Points on your purchases at Westside and Landmark stores. The terms and conditions for earning, redemption and expiry of Reward Points are the same across all store formats;
      10. The Reward Points may only be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products at Westside and Landmark stores across India. Reward Points utilized are deducted from the Clubwest Member's Reward Points balance. Any unused Reward Points will remain associated with the Clubwest Membership account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the Clubwest Member’s Reward Points balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit/debit card, cash or any other valid mode of payment acceptable at the purchase location;
      11. The Clubwest Membership and its benefits including the Reward Points cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. No interest will be payable by Trent on the Reward Points balance. We make no representation or warranty that the Reward Points associated with the Clubwest Membership will always be accessible without interruption;
      12. It is your responsibility to protect your Clubwest Membership details from unauthorized access. We are not responsible if the Clubwest Membership details are lost, stolen, destroyed or used by third parties without your permission.
      13. Reward Points are not available to Clubwest Members against institutional sales, bulk sales or the like.
      14. Returns: On return of merchandize to us for cash, the Reward Points credited to your Clubwest membership account for the returned merchandize shall be deducted/ reversed;
      15. Exchange: On return of merchandize purchased from our Westside and Landmark stores in exchange for any other merchandize, the Reward Points credited for the original purchase shall be adjusted according to the value of the merchandize taken by the Clubwest Member in exchange.
      16. Redemptions: Redemptions of Reward Points can be made against purchase of merchandize at Westside and Landmark stores in India. In order to redeem the Reward Points associated with your Clubwest Membership, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) which must be given to the cashier during the billing process. For any reason if you are unable to produce the OTP, you will have to share a photo identity proof issued by the Central/State government and generally accepted as proof of identity. In order to prevent the misuse of your Clubwest Membership privileges, we are entitled to refuse a Reward Points redemption request if you are unable to produce a valid OTP/photo identity proof at the cash counter. On production of a valid OTP/photo identity proof Reward Points will be deducted from your Clubwest Membership account and applied to your purchase.
    3. Birthday discount:
    4. You will be entitled to avail discount on purchase of select merchandise at Westside store, once in your birthday month. The Birthday discount can be availed once a year. The date of birth provided by you in the Clubwest Membership application will be considered for this purpose. The rate of discount may be reviewed by us from time to time. The current rate of discount is 20% for purchases above Rs 5000 and 15% for purchases between Rs 3000 and Rs 5000. The maximum birthday discount that can be availed is Rs 4000.

      Birthday discount is valid only on in house merchandize. Birthday discounts are currently unavailable at our Landmark stores.

    5. Gold members can avail an extra 5% off during EOSS, on purchase of Rs 3000 and above
  2. No two offers can be combined for a single purchase
  3. We reserve the right to change, alter or terminate the Clubwest Membership program including any or all benefits extended under the program at any time without prior notice;
  4. Any external providers of a benefit extended to Clubwest Members will have absolute discretion in relation to the provision of services, and we do not guarantee that the external provider will fulfill the terms of their offers made through the Clubwest Membership. Any inconsistency or denial to fulfill an offer by an external provider is extremely concerning to us. Such instances should be immediately informed to us so that we can take prompt corrective action;
  5. Services supplied by an external provider will be subject to the external provider’s own terms and conditions. Neither do we make any representation regarding the quality of the benefits extended by external provider nor do we accept any liability for loss or damage suffered as a result of a fault, error or omission in the provision of these services;
  6. We reserve the right to change our external providers without prior notice and our decision on appointment or discontinuation of an external provider is final.
