General conditions
  • Membership is open to applicants over 18 years of age only.
  • Employees of Trent Limited and / or the Tata Group Companies and their immediate families who are eligible for the employee’s discount cannot avail of both the offers in conjunction.
  • Trent Limited reserves the right to refuse Membership to an applicant without assigning any reason.
  • Membership fee will not be refunded / adjusted under any circumstances.
Membership Cards
  • Membership card is the property of Trent Limited/Westside and is valid at Westside & Landmark Stores in India.
  • Membership Card must be signed on the reverse as it is received.
  • Such a Card indicates the acceptance of all the terms and conditions which are subject to revision by Trent Limited from time to time and explicitly authorize Trent Limited / Westside Store to use Membership data for the purpose of marketing or communication for enhancement of programme.
  • Any employee at the cash counter has a right to check the member’s signature against that on the reverse of the Card to ascertain the identity of the member. This is just to make sure that nobody misuses any other member’s card.
  • The benefits and offers may be refused if the signature does not match.
  • Membership Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the member whose signature appears on the signature panel.
  • Memberships are valid for lifetime.
  • The Clubwest Classic Cards and the Clubwest Gold Cards issued are not credit or debit cards.
Reward Points
  • Points are earned on the net purchase amount paid by cash or credit card.
  • No points will be earned when either a gift voucher is purchased or payment is made by use of gift vouchers.
  • Points can be earned only if Clubwest Card is presented to the cashier at the time of making payment.
  • Trent Limited / Westside reserves the right to change the calculation of points accrual on purchase, when necessary, to reflect the changing market conditions.
  • Members are requested to keep track of their points and ensure that they are redeemed on time before they lapse as the company may not send any points statement.
  • Members can now earn & redeem points on their purchases at Landmark stores. The rules for earning, redeeming reward points & validity of points remain the same.
Programme Operation
  • On enrolment, a Clubwest Card member will receive a card along with a membership kit.
  • At the time of making purchases, member must present this Membership Card to the cashier.
  • The member is requested to check to see if his Clubwest Membership Card number has been recorded on the invoice, indicating that the points have been credited to his account. If not, bring it immediately to the notice of Store / Clubwest staff.
  • Westside Stores will keep track of purchases against each Membership Card.
  • Members are advised to preserve invoices with Membership Number for future reference.
  • Retro-active recording of purchases is not permissible. If a member fails to present this card and sign the invoice as required, at the time of purchase, the transaction will not be recorded on the member’s account.
  • To redeem earned points, the member, after making the necessary purchases, must present the Membership Card to the cashier at the time of billing.
  • Member must sign the invoice copy after checking that the membership number appears on it. The signature must tally with the signature on the Membership Card.
  • Redeemed points will be automatically deducted from the account.
  • Birthday discount & Clubwest welcome voucher are not applicable at Landmark stores

All communications for Clubwest will be mailed to the mailing address given on the application form and calls made on the telephone numbers on record. It is the responsibility of the member to inform the Clubwest Desk at Westside about the change in address / telephone number. Trent Limited/Westside bears no responsibility for communication lost or not received.

As a Clubwest member you will receive communication regarding points balance summary, exclusive promos, discount offers and other account related information, by enrolling in this programme you agree to receive all such communication from time to time. This permission shall override any DND settings that you may have opted for.

Data Protection/ Privacy Statement

We collect and use personal information, details and what you buy in our store to :
  • Provide you information about our products, services, offers, and promotions
  • Support our core business function
  • Administer surveys, contests and promotions,
  • Help us improve our offerings and advertising,
  • Help us learn more about your shopping preferences and make our communication more relevant,
  • Unless you indicate otherwise, communicate offers and information about products and services of interest to you and your family.

To accomplish these purposes, we may combine personal and non-personal information, including information from third parties. We may share our information with our service providers who manage our customer information and perform services on our behalf, such as fulfilling promotions, sending communications to our customers, conducting surveys, etc. We do not authorise any of these service providers to make any other use or disclosure of your information. We may share information about you when we team up with another company to offer or provide products, services, contests, or promotions to our customers. We endeavor to ensure that our disclosure of information to other organizations (for example market researchers and others with whom we have commercial arrangements) is in a way which does not personally identify individuals and is to learn more about customer behavior and find ways to enhancing our service. We may also share your information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it or that sharing is necessary to protect the safety, property or other rights of the Company. Adequate measures are being taken by us to maintain confidentiality and security in handling the personal information and data collected from you. Except as stated herein or as may be required by law, your personal information will not be disclosed by us to any organization.

  • Trent Limited/Westside Stores reserve the right to add, amend, change, alter or terminate this programme, including the structure of awards, without notice.
  • Benefits available through programme partners may change from time to time or withdrawn without prior intimation. Trent Limited/Westside Stores shall not be responsible for any liabilities arising from such situations. Westside and Trent Limited shall not be responsible for any liability arising from the use of such offer and does not make any representation regarding the quality of the benefits through its alliance partners.
  • When a member returns the merchandise for exchange in cash, the points will be deducted from his account accordingly.
  • Exchange of merchandise on which points have been gained, for some other merchandise, is eligible to earn points in case of increase in the invoice value and vice versa.
  • Any disputes arising would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
  • A Clubwest Membership Number can be entered against an Institutional Sales transaction only if full rates are paid against merchandise purchased. In other words, if any discount is accorded on an Institutional Sale order, a member’s Clubwest number cannot be entered against the transaction.
